Abstract

The spike in the first wave of Covid-19 cases in November 2020 and the second wave in July 2021, caused the public, especially high school students to feel confused and worried, because they did not know what to do if they were confirmed positive for Covid-19. The purpose of this community service is to increase students' knowledge so that they are resilient in first aid to people who are infected with COVID-19. This activity is in the form of health promotion with an online method of first aid for people infected with COVID-19. The activity was carried out on Saturday, October 16, 2021, using electronic devices such as laptops, cellphones through the Zoom application. The material given to participants is in the form of presentation slides and 2 (two) dimensional videos that are displayed on the application via zoom. The location is according to the place of each participant. Participants are high school students in grades 11 and 12, totaling 45 participants and have filled out the attendance list via the google form link. After the community service activities, the knowledge of high school students to be resilient in first aid to people confirmed by Covid-19 is very good. Furthermore, so that resilient students have a wider scope in first aid to people confirmed for Covid-19, it is necessary to form UKS cadres in schools to be empowered in delivering the same material to groups of school students so that more and more students are resilient.
