Pendampingan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru Sekolah di Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has been declared a health emergency and a non-natural national disaster that has an impact on the education sector. Efforts to implement face-to-face learning for educational units in the yellow and green zones can pose a risk for students to be infected with Covid-19 and have the potential to be a source of Covid-19 transmission in their family environment. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance in adapting new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic for students at SMAN Tulakan, Pacitan, East Java. Assistance activities for adapting new school habits during the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out offline and online to provide education to students, namely about: understanding, symptoms, principles of prevention, handling, Covid-19 vaccination and correct hand washing steps. The results of the activity evaluation showed an increase in students' knowledge before and after providing education and all students were able to practice proper hand washing steps. The mentoring activities carried out can effectively increase the knowledge and behavior of the students of SMAN Tulakan, Nganjuk in adapting new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic.
