HIV/AIDS is a virus that infects white blood cells and attacks the immune system. Adolescents are a population that is vulnerable to being infected with the HIV/AIDS virus because adolescents are a critical period of starting exploration related to sexuality so that if they do not have the right knowledge, they can increase the risk of free sex and transmission of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide counseling about HIV/AIDS and the formation of a healthy youth group (REHAT) to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS in adolescents. The activity was carried out at MAN 1 Blitar with 35 participants. The activity starts on October 1-25, 2021 from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The counseling activity was carried out on October 25, 2021 with powerpoint media and leaflets. Evaluation of the success of counseling is carried out with a pretest related to HIV/AIDS before the counseling material is delivered and a posttest is carried out after the material is delivered. The result of this outreach activity was that there was an increase in the knowledge of students about HIV/AIDS, namely before counseling, most of the students, namely 19 people (54.3%) had less knowledge about HIV/AIDS, while after being given counseling, most of the students were 24 people ( 68.6%) have good knowledge. In addition, the (REHAT) whatsapp group was formed as a forum for delivering information related to reproductive health. Adolescent reproductive health education activities need to be carried out on an ongoing basis to prevent deviant sexual behavior.
