Abstract


Pregnancy involves various physiological changes including physical changes, changes in the digestive system, respiratory system, urinary tract system. Overcoming physiological changes itself can pose a danger to itself, because the higher the pregnant woman about physiological changes, the more likely she is to know how to cope and overcome what she is experiencing.

The purpose of this bathing activity is to provide understanding and skills to pregnant women to overcome the problem of discomfort during pregnancy.

The method used in the treatment, cross-program collaboration with the RSIA Melinda Hospital, Kediri, the Independent Practice of Midwife Eka Mei in Campur Darat Tulungagung and Polen Health Center Nusa enggara Timur . This activity was carried out from May to September 2021, direct educational media for the Kediri and Tulunggagung areas, online for the East Nusa Tenggara region. Evaluation of the results using the understanding of the questionnaire before and after conducting education.

Knowledge of pregnant women before conducting education about physical changes during pregnancy and problems is more than sufficient knowledge and a small proportion have good knowledge. Almost all pregnant women 60 (90%) have good knowledge of education.

The success of this activity is due to the support of its main partners in supporting educational facilities and efforts to mobilize the participation of pregnant women in this activity.
