Collecting data using questionnaires and observation sheets as well as z-score analysis. The results showed that 26 infants (62%) were given PASI in the age range of 0-2 months, the form of PASI chosen by 26 mothers (62%) was formula milk, 5 infants (12%) were given baby biscuits and banana lotek the rest were in the form of instant porridge and water. Measurement of nutritional status in infants showed that 23 babies (55%) had good nutritional status, 16 babies (38%) had poor nutritional status and 3 babies (7%) had more nutritional status. Mothers need to be given education and counseling (emodemo) from related parties so that PASI giving behavior can be suppressed, as well as holding peer groups by presenting testimonies of mothers who passed exclusive breastfeeding
