Optimalisasi Peran Satgas dalam Menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract


Prevention of Covid-19 transmission can be done through health protocols and this requires an attitude of compliance from all parties. Health protocols are used to prevent or break the chain of spreading Covid-19. Health protocols will be effective and efficient in preventing transmission if done with compliance. Compliance is a form of behavior due to interaction so that people understand the plan and all the consequences and agree to the plan and then carry it out. In an effort to increase public compliance with health protocols, the government formed a Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19 in every region in Indonesia and procured volunteers to facilitate increasing public awareness to comply with health protocols. The village environment took steps to deal with the pandemic by forming a Covid-19 Alert Task Force whose task was to cover the village level Covid-19 alert, educating residents about Covid-19, establishing a citizen security system, conducting routine health checks, and taking action fast and complete if there are residents who are suspected of (suspect) Covid-19. The objective of the activity is to strengthen the role of the Task Force and joint education regarding health protocols in the community.The method used is lecture and talks to improve health literacy with a small number of targets. Education is provided together with conducting surveys, interviews and observations as well as filling out questionnaires to measure the role of the Task Force and community compliance with health protocols. The results of community service were obtained by obtaining data that almost all of the Task Force had a good role and most of the community complied with health protocols. The delivery of information by PkM implementers is focused on the emphasis and repetition of health protocol information and the task / role of the Task Force as well as motivation not to be bored and bored in facing pandemic conditions, so that all parties can work together properly in preventing the high transmission of Covid-19.
