RESIKO TINGKAT KONSUMSI ENERGI DAN PROTEIN DENGAN STATUS GIZI PADA BALITA DI POSYANDU NUSA INDAH KABUPATEN KEDIRI
Abstract
Level of energy and protein consumption’s related to nutritional status of children. Adequate energy and protein consumption will affect a growth and development of toddlers, so as to minimize risk of stunting as happened in Pranggang village. This study aims to analyze Risk of Energy Consumption Levels and Protein with Nutritional Status of Toddlers aged 3-5 years at Nusa Indah Integrated Healthcare Pranggang Village. Data collection of this study used an observational study with analytical research design so data obtained came from a sample with a cross-sectional design. Determination of risk factors was determined by the value of prevalent ratio. Subjects taken 26 toddlers aged 3-5 years. Interpretation of calculation prevalent ratio is: neutral value (1) doesnt become a risk, value >1 is a risk factor, value <1 is a protective factor. Results of that prevalence ratio energy consumption level TB/U <1 means that energy consumption becomes a protective factor to reduce negative impact for TB/U, prevalence ratio BW/U>1 energy consumption is a risk factor that affects changes for BW/U, ratio prevalence of BMI/U>1 energy consumption is a risk factor that affects changes in BMI/U. Prevalence ratio of protein consumption TB/U>1,protein consumption is a risk factor can affect changes in height/age, prevalence ratio BW/U>1 protein consumption being a risk factor can affect changes in body weight/age and prevalence ratio BMI/U> 1 protein consumption is a risk factor can affect changes in BMI/U. So its important to increase nutritional knowledge in parents can coverage of nutrients in toddlers can be fulfilled.
