Implementasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Pada Masa Pendemi Covid-19
Abstract
The condition of maternal and child health services is of concern to the government, stakeholders and society. Many steps have been taken to overcome this problem, especially by issuing protocols and regulations that aim to ensure that quality health services remain available and accessible to all. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of maternal and child health services during the Covid-19 pandemic including ANC, INC, PNC, BBL, family planning and basic immunization services. The research design was descriptive with an evaluation (evaluation study). The variable used was the implementation of maternal and child health services during the Covid-19 epidemic. The study population was all users of maternal and child health services in Tumbang Samba Village, Tumbang Samba Community Health Center, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan. Sample size: 1) ANC: 24 respondents, 2) INC: 11 respondents, 3) PNC: 11 respondents, 4) BBL: 11 respondents, 5) KB: 34, 6) Basic immunization: 18. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The research was conducted from 01 July 2020 to 30 August 2020. The research instruments were questionnaires and observation sheets. The results showed that the implementation of maternal and child health services was good. With this health protocol, it is hoped that midwives and the community can really obey and comply with the existing protocol, so that quality health services can be formed between midwives and the community during this pandemic period.
