Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Dengan Senam Prenatal Yoga

Abstract


Due to maintaining the health of pregnant women, it is necessary to carry out pregnancy care, such as practising yoga exercises. One of the pregnancy services is by doing pregnancy exercises, namely prenatal yoga exercises. Prenatal yoga exercise is one of the activities in service during pregnancy and can provide a better outcome product for labour. Prenatal yoga exercises have the potential to create balance and are a comprehensive system because prenatal yoga exercises can seek to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. Pregnant women are given prenatal yoga exercises so that they can increase their knowledge and skills while participating in prenatal yoga exercises, improve the health of the mother and the fetus. The research method used in this research is literature study with a computerized search on online journal service providers (Google Sholar, PubMed, Science Direct). The total number of journals obtained is 14 journals (11 in Indonesian and 3 in English and two documents or reports and published from 2012 and 2020. The research methods used in each journal obtained mostly use statistical analysis and literature review. This is a significant relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women and prenatal yoga. The benefits of prenatal yoga can alleviate physical disorders that mothers experience during the pregnancy process, namely fatigue, chest pain, leg cramps and dilation of blood vessels. With relaxation techniques, exercise Prenatal yoga can also teach us to have a closer relationship with the fetus in the womb.
