Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Trimester III Tentang ANC Dengan Ketepatan Waktu Kunjungan ANC di Puskesmas Cakranegara Tahun 2019
Abstract
Antenatal Care (ANC) is pregnancy services that performed to check the condition of pregnant women on a regular basis, followed by correcting any deviations. Utilization of antenatal care services by a number of pregnant women in Mataram City has not fully in accorda the target set. Data for K1 at Cakranegara Primary Health Center was 10,248 (93.86%), for K4 was 9,932 (90.97%). This achievement has not yet reached the National target (K1: 100%, K4: 95%.). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between the level of knowledge of pregnant women in the third trimester of ANC with the accuracy of the ANC at the Cakranegara Primary Health Center Mataram. This research was conducted using observational analytic methods with cross sectional approach, Data collection teghniques employed accidental sampling as many as 51 third trimester of pregnant women. The research instrument was a questionnaire which chi square as data analysis. This study was started from October-December 2019. The results showed that from 51 respondents, there were 46 (90.20%) mothers with good knowledge who were on time during the ANC visit in the third trimester and 1 (1.96%) mothers with insufficient knowledge category did not visit on time. Based on the results of the chi square test, it was obtained p value = 0.000, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of the mother and the accuracy of the ANC visit. This research is expected to be useful for the community and respondents in providing ANC (Antenatal Care) services so that the K1 coverage rate can be reached 100%
