ANALISIS WAKTU PEMERIKSAAN KADAR Hb PASCA HD DENGAN TRANFUSI DURANTE HD PASIEN ESRD PALING STABIL
Abstract
Clinical manifestations of patients with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) associated with mild, moderate and severe anemia. Management of severe anemia; with blood transfusion during HD. Accurate data on hemoglobin levels after transfusion when HD is difficult to obtain because patients ask to go home or are not willing to be hospitalized and cost savings. The purpose of the study was to find out the right time to evaluate Hb levels post HD by transfusion during HD with the most stable value. Sampling technique: a total sample of 16 respondents. The results showed an increase in Hb levels from the 0 hour post HD to the 6th hour with an average of 0.18g / dl hemoconcentration; then there was a gradual decrease in the 12th hour with an average of 0.1 g / dl and the 18th hour with a mean of 0.01 g / dl due to hemodelusi, but still above the 0 hour Hb level (mean 0.07 g / dl). Increased Hb levels occur again at the 24th hour with an average of 0.06 g / dl which is the most stable value because homeostasis has occurred and the mean is equivalent to the 12th hour. Conclusion; 24th Hb level is the most stable condition. Recommendation: examination of Hb levels of patients after HD with transfusion during HD in ESRD patients should be carried out at 24 or 12 hours post HD.
